Business Development Manager (Nationwide) - £25k Basic £6k Car Allowance + Generous Commission

We are looking for talented business development managers to help SME businesses to save money on their card processing. This role is supported by a team of office based appointment setters who will provide qualified leads to go alongside the self generation of your own leads.

Approaching independent SME businesses to provide payment processing services, the role includes maximising cold calling opportunities, referral generation and networking to identify and close new business sales. 

Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30 pm 
Salary: £25k + £6000 car allowance + uncapped commission OTE  £45k – £65k  along with 28 days holiday, mobile phone allowance, company pension scheme, death in service benefit and incentives.

About you: 

You don’t necessarily need industry experience as our training and leadership support structure is exceptional. We invest significant time, energy and resources into our people. 

You will be result orientated with a determined attitude to hit and exceed targets. You’ll be a people person able to quickly build rapport with the tenacity to maximise every opportunity and give great service to customers.
Training will take place initially in our Leeds Head Office followed by field-based training & ongoing support. Your induction will cover the payments industry, our product and sales process, we offer on-going sales support and training from experienced Regional Sales Managers. You will be trained to offer honest and transparent solutions that can really save SME businesses money. 

Telephone Appointment Setter (Leeds) - £18k Basic + Generous Commission

Are you highly motivated and looking for an opportunity to earn serious uncapped commission? If so, this could be your chance to join rapidly growing team as an appointment setter / telesales agent. Based in our brand new central Leeds HQ, you’ll be calling business owners and explaining how card payments could help improve their business and why choosing Inspire Payments could save them up to 30% per year. You will be the first point of contact with our target customers. You’ll be working with a Business Development Manager, setting up their appointments to visit the businesses you’ve already talked to. Together, you’ll be a great team; setting appointments, closing deals and earning great commission.

If you’ve already got some experience in B2B appointment setting, as a telesales agent or cold calling, that’s great and if you’ve worked in payments before that’d be awesome. But even if you’ve never worn a headset and aren’t up on the latest payments trends – don’t worry – we’ll give you the training and the opportunities to be a payments superstar.
